Sheba Saeed

The very first Beggars of Lahore Exhibition took place November 2009. This was an event which was funded by the University of Birmingham. A launch night was held on the 31st October 2009 followed by nine consecutive days of an exhibition of the film (follwed by Q & A sessions) and the accompanying stills and photographs. The exhibition was a success, enabling Sheba to share her research and the very serious problem of begging with the general public.
